The lawyers Niebler und Davidson are specialized in family law. They can offer you extensive advice and present you in court proceedings in all matters relating to family law, particularly in maintenance and divorce issues, matrimonial property disputes as well as custody and rights of access.

Both lawyers are members of the German Association of Lawyers for Family Law. In addition, Mr.Niebler regularly holds lectures on family law issues in cooperation with non-profit organisation ISUV / VDU. Our law firm will support you in divorce-related issues. Our lawyers conduct divorce proceedings mostly in the way to minimise burden on all parties involved. We can counsel you also before marriage, advising you on options of marriage contract, creating a draft of a contract upon your request or establishing the necessary contact with a competent notary.
